Val Jos'urn is a Cabal commander seen in Upon the Stars Raid, where He attempts to bars the way to the ship's bridge, in which Val Jo'arrc is located. Acting as the last defense for the Star Blazers upon their ship against the intruding Guardian Fireteam.
