- "Never stop for golden apples."
- — Item description
"Atalanta's Hunt" is a legendary jumpship available in The Dark Below. It can be obtained from levelling up Vanguard reputation ranks, Prison of Elders, Roni 55-30 or as a Strike reward.
Trivia[edit]
- The ship references a mythical Greek huntress Atalanta. According to the myth, she was so swift nobody could outrun her in a race; anyone who succeeded in it would win her hand in marriage. One of her suitors Melanion, following Aphrodite's advice, threw golden apples at Atalanta's feet while they ran, and the curious huntress stopped to gather them. In this way Melanion won the race and the privilege of marrying her.
