Silken Codex is a type of consumable item in Destiny.

Overview[edit]

Silken Codexes are randomly dropped by Hive units and can be taken to the Cryptarchy for two hundred Glimmer each.

When they are given to the Cryptarch under the influence of a Black Wax Idol, Glimmer gains are increased by 7.5%, a net-gain of two hundred fifteen Glimmer for each one.
