Lord Kandak was a Risen Warlord during the Dark Age who held sway over part of the Saharan Contested Zone.
Biography[edit]
During an assembly of his subjects, Kandak informed them that he was "considering their appeal for more protection from Fallen raiders.[1] After he did not provide his subjects any protection, Kandak's rule was challenged by a mysterious Risen warrior known as the Red Moon Phantom who protected the villages in his stead and even slew a Fallen Kell. In response, Kandak banned other Risen from his territory and placed a bounty upon the Phantom's head.[2]
