These were, [[Taniks, the Scarred]], [[Draksis, Winter Kell]], [[Sepiks Prime]], [[Orbiks Prime]], [[Skolas, Kell of Kells|Skolas, the Rabid]], [[Irxis, Wolf Baroness]], and many more. Skell sent spies into the City to plant Vex technology in key parts of the City. Skell was a Dreg of the House of Wolves and worked his way up to a Vandal until he was captured along with Skolas and the over half of the rest of the House of wolves and was taken to the Prison of Elders. He managed to survive in the Prison and Skolas' Execution and worked his way up to being a Baron and eventually the Archon and then Kell.
