Meksis, Siege Engineer is a unique Splicer Captain encountered in the Wrath of the Machine Raid. He is in control of the Siege Engine that Guardians must control to move on.

Meksis' name sounds very similar to Weksis' name. This is most likely a coincidence as Weksis was killed during The Queen's Wrath.
