Blind Perdition is a legendary pulse rifle available from the Trials of Osiris weekend tournament, which grants exclusive rewards to teams that go on winning streaks.
Gameplay
The Blind Perdition is a member of the Hawksaw archetype of pulse rifles. It can only be obtained by either completing a gold-tier bounty or winning seven matches on a Trials of Osiris card, which is the main reason why it is so rare to see people using it. This weapon has two versions: the regular one(blue and yellow) that can be gotten from either bounties or achieving a 7+ win Trials card, and the Adept(Gold and black) version, which can only be gotten from opening the chest in the Lighthouse on Mercury after completing a flawless (9-0) Trials card, comes with the intrinsic perk Snapshot, which reduces the time it take to aim down the sights of the weapon. The Blind Perdition is mainly a PVP weapon, seeing very little action outside of the Crucible, but it is not restrained to non-PVE activities.
Perks
- Smooth Ballistics: Increased recoil, Boost to range.
- Smart Drift Control: Predictable and controllable recoil. Penalty to range.
- CQB Ballistics: Greatly reduced recoil. Significant penalty to range.
- Hand-laid Stock: Increased, stability, reduced range.
- Smallbore: Increased range and stability. Slower reload. Reduced magazine size.
- Hand Loaded: this weapon is effective at an extended range.
- High-Caliber Rounds: Oversize rounds built to stagger targets and leave them reeling. Their mass makes a weapon harder to handle.
- Outlaw: Precision kills with this weapon dramatically increase reload speed.
- Counterbalance: This weapon has increased stability.
