House Banners are inventory items that can be dropped from Fallen enemies such as Captains and other high-ranking Fallen. If a Guardian picks up a Banner, they can return to the Tower and the Cryptarch will award the Guardian with five hundred Glimmer, or store them in their Vault for later if your stores of Glimmer are full.
