The House of Devils is one of the surviving noble houses of the Fallen, distinguishable by their red cloaks.[1] They are known to have maintained some presence in Old Russia, squatting in at least one walled structure until being evicted by the Guardians.[2] It is said that the House of Devils was once ruled by Rixis.[3]
