- — Ghost
Barons are high-ranking Fallen who command one or more Skiffs or Ketches and their respective crews. They outrank Captains, who only lead a crew of Fallen, but are subservient to their House's Archon, Kell, and Prime Servitor.[1] A House's Kell allows his Barons to take some of the largest shares of ether, allowing them to grow to several times the height of a lowly Dreg.[2]
Barons are a variant of the standard Fallen Captain. While they lack any unique weapons or abilities, Barons possess stronger shields and yellow health bars, and can usually be found guarding an important objective or leading a Fallen assault in story missions and strikes.[1]
