The '''Created Congression''' is a fanatical gathering of [[The Dread|Dread]], [[Taken]], [[Scorn]] and [[Shadow Legion]] under the command of the renegade [[Techeun]] [[Forum:Xal Tinar|Xal Tinar]]. They believe they are closer to the Final Shape than any of its other servants, most notably the Hive, who should be commanded by them rather than the other way around. They serve as the main antagonists of the [[Forum:Episode: Rebirth|Rebirth]] episode.

The Created Congression would come to be following the death of [[the Witness]] in [[the Pale Heart]] of [[the Traveler]] when [[Echo (object)|Echoes]] of its memories created from Light and Darkness was released from the Traveler across the galaxy. One of these Echoes, the [[Forum:Echo of the Amiable|Echo of the Amiable]], would strike a [[Pyramid]] ship left derelict in deep space following the Witness' death. It would later be discovered by [[Forum:Xal Tinar|Xal Tinar]], who would come to the Pyramid to hide from the Awoken Corsairs hunting him. Using the Echo's power, Tinar was able to turn his Corsair pursuers against each other.

After claiming the Pyramid as his own, Xal Tinar (now calling himself the Nastareth) would spend the next year roaming the Solar System, rallying the various forces of the Witness that were directionless following the deaths of many of their leaders, including the Dread, the Shadow Legion, the Taken under the command of [[Forum:Ir Vothec, the Plucked|Ir Vothec, the Plucked]] and the Scorn under the command of [[Forum:Troksrii, the Technomancer|Troksrii, the Technomancer]], preaching to them of Tivon's vision of the Final Shape that would see all reborn in darkness and those remade in darkness would be risen above those merely wielded it, as well as denouncing the version of the Final Shape seen by the Witness and the other Disciples as false interpretations. All that would be needed to achieve this Final Shape was to recover the other pieces of Tivon's body and return him to life. Through Vochun, Tivon would bestow a portion of his Echo's power to Ir Vothec and Troksrii as rewards for their loyalty, increasing their power and freeing them from the bonds of their old masters.

Following the [[Forum:Weavers of Sorrow|Weavers of Sorrow]]'s failed [[Forum:Episode: Dread|attempt]] to conquer the system, the Congression would make their move to reclaim pieces of Tivon's body from across the system. A few of Troksrii's Scorn would attempt to take advantage of the defeat of [[Forum:Shin'ra, the Sorrow-Maker|Shin'ra]] to steal relics of Darkness from the [[Forum:The Nephilim|Nephilim]], only to be captured and imprisoned in the [[Forum:Subjugated Vault|Subjugated Vault]]. They would also seek to bring in the [[Revenant Scorn]] and [[Dire Taken]].
