Cabal-Hunter Captains are a group of Fallen Captains that belong to the House of Lions. They are part of a group known as, the "Cabal-Hunters", led by Staviks, the Cabal-Hunter, whom were established following several attacks on the Lions led by the Star Blazers, seeking to hunt down and kill every Cabal under the Star Blazers as a means of retribution.
There are two variants of the Cabal-Hunter Captains, one that wields a Scorch Cannon; encountered in the Story missions, The Outback and The Last Assault. Another, is a Stealth Captain variant armed with dual-wielding Shock Blades; three of them are encountered in the Patrol the Rubicon Outskirts fighting through a platoon of Cabal in the Legion's Armory as part of a Rescue Bounty.
