Valus Kroam is a widely feared xenobiological researcher known for his hand in genetic splicing and combat stimulants. His legacy started back during the end of Emperor Calus's reign, where he began freely and unethically experimenting with new chemicals and DNA strains to enhance the strength and stamina of any afflicted Cabal trooper and the development of infectious and toxic gases. Because of his unique talents and adept combat prowess, he was appointed to the Neon Wraiths and was promoted to Valus, where he serves as a subordinate to Primus Pro'taul.
