The Sottomessa Mind is a Vex subordinate for Menkrodos, the Dimensional Mind. It was first mentioned when it confronted the newly risen Guardian, AJ. It was later destroyed by AJ, and his Fireteam, during their search for the Dimensional Mind.

Sottomessa is the female equivalent of Sottomesso, which means submissive.
