For the months following the Witness’ death, Vochun would be part of a Shadow Legion Warlord’s crew plundering any Pyramid technology, the imprints on his brain when Calus created him made him unable to disobey. One day, while looting a derelict Pyramid ship on the outer edge of the system, Vochun came across a severed arm with an echo embedded in it in a case. As he tried to pry it out, Vochun would hear a voice, promising him freedom and power in exchange for servitude. The power within the arm from an embedded [[Echo (object)|Echo]] was enough to evolve Vochun into a Flayer, increasing his power and expanding his mind beyond what Calus' initial makings. Vochun, Prelate of the Will is a powerful Psion Flayer of the Shadow Legion and a leading member of the Created Congression.
