The Defiled Mind is an Vex Mind of the Vex Sol Divisive that acts as the final boss of the Garden of Corruption Strike. Hinted by its name, it was presumably banished from the Sol Divisive due to its power of maintaining dominance over life and death, which had peeked the interest of Shin'ra, the Sorrow-Maker, in which he would send an army of Hive to infiltrate the Black Garden to claim the Mind.

Trivia

• The Defiled Mind uses a similar model to Brakion, Genesis Mind, but except for the common Black Garden growth as seen with the Sol Divisive Vex.
