The Jovian Complex is a location in Old Russia, Earth. It is only accessible during the Will of Crota Strike. It was used for keeping in contact with colonies beyond the asteroid belt. The Hive general Omnigul was cornered in there and eventually executed after a Guardian hit squad was sent to assassinate her for trying to raise up her master, Crota, from his slumber.
