Val Bulgur was a Cabal Val who was seen serving under Commander Truvul during the Legacy Code Quest. Bulgur, along with Val Garurc, were tasked with raiding a Clovis Bray lab and defending their finds. They were both killed by The Guardian.
Trivia[edit]
- Due to having the archetype of an honored Legionary, this could suggest that Val Bulgur was a newly promoted Officer due to the power vacuum within the Red Legion.
