Amtec is the fourth and youngest sister in a [[Ozletc, the Sky Piercer|council]] of [[Tazaroc, the Sun Eater|Psion]] [[Niruul, the Hollow Voice|Flayers]] that wrestled for control over the [[Sundial]].
