Flayer Aspirants are a form of Honored Psion who have reached the threshold to ascending to a Flayer. Three Aspirants in particular via a node evolved to flayers (albeit a weaker form, not akin to the Flayers from the Dust Palace Strike). They have the ability to project an immunity shield when seemingly bonding with a node, producing a white vibrating aura during their ascension. Once ascended, they take on different elemental shields and wear gold armor along with gaining much durability.
