Overview
Unlike the Trace Rifles wielded by Guardians, the Laser Rifle sweeps over the area instead of focusing its firepower at one particular target. According to the Ghost, it is unclear what the Vex got the use of lasers for but the Vex calibrate their weapons according to their enemies.[1]
A more powerful variant of the Laser rifle known as the Chronology Rifle is used exclusively by Dendron, Root Mind and Antioptes, Hypogean Sentinel.
