The '''Nightmare of Rovikis, Council Hand''' is a [[Nightmare]] of a [[Fallen]] [[Dreg]] that appears in the [[Archer's Line]] every four weeks as a part of a weekly powerful Nightmare encounter. Assuming by name, Rovikis was once a part of a highly regarded Fallen Council tasked with maintaining order within their respective House before being vanquished by an unknown foe. During the events of [[Shadowkeep]], however, the Dreg and their peers would be recreated by the dark powers of the [[Pyramid (Luna)|Pyramid]] as a deadly, yet rarely appearing foe.
