Taniks is the | Taniks is one of the Nightmares the player hunts during the campaign of ''[[Shadowkeep]]'', found within the [[Temple of Crota]]. Much like his living counterpart, it will first be encountered in an early area of the Hunt. The Nightmare will fight the player by firing his [[Scorch Cannon]], teleporting around the area, and occasionally getting close for an Ultra Smash, while his Fallen and [[Major]] Nightmare reinforcements join in the fight. Once brought down to a third of his health, the Nightmare will activate his immunity, summon several [[Dreg]]s, [[Vandal]]s and [[Shank]]s with powerful [[Solar]] [[Absorption Shield]]s, and retreat deeper in the area. | ||
