I could see making a separate page for the Sacred Splicers since they mentioned them several times involving Mithrax. However, I feel like there’s not much information involving Sacred Splicers before Mithrax to make a page but a subsection could do but again idk. Light Splicers could be included to Sacred Splicers but at the same time, Mithrax kinda just make Sacred Splicer be synonymous with just Splicers in general, I don’t know what reference was it so I could be misremembering but I think I heard Mithrax recently had made them somewhat synonymous with eachother.
