Two Imperial Technicians are encountered within the generator room of the Cabal's anti-air cannon. The first will arrive escorted by a platoon of [[Legionary|Legionaries]], [[Phalanx]]es and [[Psion]]s. Both of the Incendiors will drop Fusion Cells upon being killed. Two of these items must be inserted into the cannon's generators in order to ready it for firing.
