Season of the Forge is the first seasonal content in the ''[[Forsaken]]'' Annual Pass and the first known season of the ''Destiny'' franchise. It includes a new seasonal activity, raid, and many new weapons and armor to pursue. The story centers on the introduction of the [[Black Armory]], an ancient weapon foundry that dates back to the late [[Golden Age]]  and operated under its vendor [[Ada-1]]. After their [[Volundr Forge|forge]] was displaced during the [[Red War]], [[The Spider]] sends in the [[Guardians]] to help Ada in reclaiming it and restocking her wares. Doing so leads to the trail for more hidden secrets of the Black Armory and the existence of the [[Kell's Scourge]], a rival [[Fallen]] syndicate lead by The Spider's brother [[Siviks, Lost to None]] and using its technology to terrorize the system. Now armed with the Armory's weapons and gear, Guardians fight to reclaim its lost legacy from the enemies of humanity.
