Klrorgon, also known as Klorgon the Marauder is a Hive Knight of unknown affiliation and a reoccurring character and antagonist in the Destiny franchise. Born as a Spawn of the Worm God Akka, Klrorgon sought vengeance for the death of his God by the hands of Oryx and his later death at the hands of the Guardians.
Seeking vengeance for the life of his worm and his own personal vendetta against the Taken King, his determination would keep him alive throughout the many centuries, seeking to claim the lives of the Lightbearers that took away his vengeance from him. Through sheer force of his anger and determination for vengeance, Klrorgon's deaths would become a constant, eager to end the Guardians for his own personal pride.
Biography
Wyrm Spawn
Servitude to Akka
- "You are Klrorgon. I spawned you from my flesh so that I may extend my will elsewhere. You shall be my herald and usher forth the secrets of the Deep in my name"
- — Akka's first and last order to Klrorgon.
Klrorgon was born some time before the Hive's war against the Ammonites as a spawn of the Worm God Akka, the Worm of Secrets to act as both a herald and enforcer. A brutal warrior and champion to the Worm God, he offered many tithes to Akka in exchange for the secrets that the Worm kept from the Hive and only offered to his direct servants. Klrorgon sought out the secrets to commune with the Deep, long before Auryx would make his attempt to kill Akka, however his God refused as he was not yet worthy to wield such power. Because of this, Akka learned that Klrorgon's determination was unmatched by any other Hive, believing that he chose his herald well.
Before the Hive's war against the Ecumene, Akka sent Klrorgon as an emissary to the Hive to conquer this galactic Darkness wielding government at the behest of his God. Klrorgon's own actions and subsequent war against the Ecumene helped to prepare them for the arrival of Auryx and his sisters. Klrorgon believed that this was Akka's way to ride itself of the Osmium Progeny in order to evolve the Hive from their own precursors.
Cataclysm
- "My Worm. My God. Is dead. I swear an oath that my vengeance will be made. And I shall endure until it is done."
- — Klrorgon's oath of vengeance to Oryx
