Empyrean Vandals were a variant of the Fallen Vandal who's Ether has been augmented with trace amounts of Cabal technology, distinguished by their purple glowing effect. They were found in the Trostland area of the European Dead Zone, during the Enhance! Quest Mission, and dropped "Anomolous Ether Samples" upon death.[1]
