The Militia's Birthright is a Legendary Kinetic Grenade Launcher introduced in Forsaken. It had a chance to be awarded for completing the Lake of Shadows Nightfall. It was reprised in Season of Plunder as a possible drop from Nightfalls.
An Adept version of this weapon, that is able to equip Adept mods, receives extra stats from masterworking and has a slightly different appearance, can be acquired from Nightfalls on Grandmaster difficulty.
