Circumstancial Controllers are an Elite variant of the Goblins of the Sol Collective encountered in the Thrilladrome Lost Sector. They will constantly be staring at an arcade machine unless disturbed, in which case they will respond to attack. When entering the Vex Network portion of the Lost Sector, one will find a Circumstancial Avatar for each of the Circumstancial Controllers still staring at their machine.[1]
