Inquisitor Hydras are specialized Vex Hydra units created for the purpose of serving as nexuses and broadcasters for extracted enemy data and for finding ways on how to repurpose the data to the Vex' means. They are seen as subordinates of Viadon, Inquisitor Mind during the Road Rage Adventure.
A more powerful version of the Inquisitor Hydra serves as the boss of the Bunker E15 Lost Sector on Europa.
