Blistered Wizards are a Major variant of Hive Wizards seen throughout the Sol System.
Gameplay
Blistered Wizards have high damage and resilience by virtue of being Majors, but don't possess other special mechanics. They were first introduced in The Witch Queen expansion as part of the Lucent Brood,[1] featuring in Legendary Campaign Missions, as well as the PsiOps Battlegrounds activity[2]. Many Major Wizards and Revenant Wizards have been renamed to Blistered Wizards over time, such as the Hidden Swarm one in the beginning of Nightmare Hunt - Pride[3]. They also appear as part of the reprised King's Fall Raid, in the Warpriest and Golgoroth encounters.[4]
