The Circumstancial Avatar is an Elite Hobgoblin of the Sol Collective encountered in the Thrilladome Lost Sector. On top of looking like an Elite Hobgoblin, it will also be highlighted by a glow. It will appear within the Vex Network portion of the area, where it will stand on a far off platform and suppress the player with its Vex Laser Rifle. Destroying the Avatar will make it drop an Arc Cranium, which can be used as extra firepower against the remaining and incoming Vex.[1]
