Gunnery Mates are Major Heavy Shanks employed by Fallen Pirate Crews, aboard Pirate Ketches.[1]
Gameplay
Gunnery Mates are encountered during the Ether Storage area in Ketchcrash. They will appear a few seconds into the encounter, coming out of one of the doors in the room alongside numerous reinforcements. Killing a Gunnery Mate is required to complete the actitity, as they will drop five Ether Charges, powerful explosives that must be thrown at Ether containers around the room. Once all charges are spent, another Gunnery Mate will appear, repeating the cycle until all tanks are destroyed.
