Pluto is a dwarf planet within the Sol System. It was the site of an incident with the Vex during humanity's Golden Age. During the City Age, Pluto was one of many objects within the Sol System that was occupied by the Black Fleet.
History
During the Golden Age there was an incident on Pluto at a Clovis Bray installation which involved the Vex. The Warmind Rasputin intervened and some knowledge of the incident became public knowledge. Clovis Bray I was furious with Rasputin for drawing too much attention to the incident and the threat of the Vex, which made the public and his employees nervous about dealing with the cybernetic species.[1]
During the City Age, Rasputin's attention was drawn once more to Pluto when it detected the arrival of the Black Fleet around the dwarf planet.[2]
Shortly after Rasputin was deactivated by the Black Fleet, Elisabeth Bray discovered a derelict space station orbiting the planet. There, she found the marooned Ghost Tokki and a mysterious rifle frame made by an unknown third party, as well as a fish-like drone. Intrigued by the nanomachines within the rifle and which Tokki had appropriated to augment herself, Elsie and the Ghost left to research their findings and repair the rifle frame.[3][4]
