The Apocalyptic Blade is a Hidden Swarm Darkblade that appears in The Necropolis encounter, where it uniquely appears after completion of the Xenophage quest and activation of a rune set on top of one of the far right spires.
In the Shattered Realm: Forest of Echoes activity, another Apocalyptic Blade can be encountered as the boss of the 'The Dark Ritual' Ascendant Mystery.
