The Shock Rifle is a Fallen short to mid-range weapon that fires guided Arc projectiles. These are wielded by Fallen Vandals and Captains, including but not limited to, Elder Captains, Enhanced Captains, Enhanced Vandals, Fused Captains, Perfected Captains, Perfected Vandals, Splicer Captains, Splicer Priests, Splicer Vandals, and Wolf Enforcers.
Grimoire description
Although based on the same Arc technology as other Fallen weaponry, this rifle has a distinct advantage: the projectiles it fires track unerringly to the target. The exact mechanism behind this is unclear, but the rifle seems to steer the slow-moving molten projectile down an artificial field line.[1]
