"There are few weapons that offer the comfort and familiarity of a shotgun. Built for close quarters combat, they provide immediate, violent conflict resolution."
— Grimoire Description

Shotguns are time-honored holdout weapons that are quite common and known for their reliability. Their sturdy frame can accommodate a variety of attachments and accessories.[1]

Shotguns are only effective at close range with the exception of both The Chaperone and Universal Remote.[2] At maximum range their damage output is 20% lower than at closer ranges.[3]
