The Energy Shield is used by Red Legion Phalanxes to shield themselves and their fellow comrades from enemy gunfire and as a slow but brutal melee weapon.

Overview

These shields have the ability to expand and retract themselves, and can expand to cover multiple Cabal troops on the battlefield.

These shields can also deactivate upon the user's command to allow more portability, the shield can be disabled for a short time by shooting the energy projection generator that is located in the middle of the shield.

Trivia

• These shields are more advanced versions of the older Cabal Shield model employed by Cabal scouts.
