Caiatl's Emissaries are Cabal seeking to gain favor by Empress Caiatl and to become a part of her personal army.
History
Seeking out the Legion
Shortly after the Black Fleet's arrival and disappearance of the various planets, Empress Caiatl sent various emissaries to the Sol System in order to scout for the remnants of the Red Legion.[1] One such emissary met nine other legionnaires in a gathering for tribute in The Boil which later turned out to be the site of a Cryptolith and Wrathborn as observed by Osiris.[2]
Claimant for Recognition
After the failed claimant for tribute, Caiatl and what remained of the Cabal from Torobatl, arrived in the Solar System in order to claim more champions for her army.

Trivia
- The Sigil of the Emissaries may be symbolic to the Imperial Cabal Throne and Torobatl as every depiction of Caiatl's crest shows a sphere and the layout of the crest is similar to the appearance of a throne/crown.
- Therefore the sigil could be symbolic of the crown/throne and the homeworld.
