Distant Shore is a Crucible map located in the Arcadian Strand[1] on Nessus. Distant Shore was unlocked alongside the return of Iron Banner on October 10, 2017.
Strategies
By capturing points B and C and holding that side of the map, you force the enemy to come to you, where you can pick them off as they enter. Additionally, point C is the closest point to where the Heavy Ammunition spawns, which makes it more likely your team will be able to take it.
Trivia
- Distant Shore is the first Crucible map in Destiny 2 to be reimagined from a Destiny Crucible map, Shores of Time.
Gallery
Three Guardians approach the nearby Vex Transfer Gate.
