The Garden of Esila is a location in the Dreaming City that houses an expansive garden named after the revered Awoken poet and historian Esila and houses an entrance to The Confluence.
In Season of the Hunt, a Cryptolith that has grown in the Gardens attracts Dul Arath, Retainer of Xivu Arath for the Guardian to fight.
Trivia
- The Gardens were a place of a mass murder conducted by the Ahamkara Azirim, who tricked dozens of Awoken (including Esila herself) to leap off the cliffs to their deaths.[1][2]
- According to Shuro Chi, here Mara Sov and Illyn began shaping the Dreaming City, and here Mara was crowned Queen of the Awoken.[3]
- Queensfoil is grown in the Gardens.[4]
