The Terrors is a unique type of enemy found within the Haunted Forest. They are the result of a glitch within Infinite Forest and are Vex simulations of Nightmares that prey on the fears of Guardians.[1][2]

- Terrors were originally called Nightmares in the 2018 Festival of the Lost. However with the release of Shadowkeep and other Nightmares this name would become confusing, so they were renamed to Terrors in the 2019 Festival of the Lost.
