Val Cempas is a Cabal Phalanx of the Imperial Cabal who serves as a commander. He is slain by a group of Guardians inside the Halphas Electus during the Proving Ground Strike.

Gameplay

Val Cempas will occasionally spawn in the 'Redirect the Tank's Power Flow' section of the strike. He functions exactly the same as any Phalanx except for his added durability.
