Spider's Associates are members of the House of Spider syndicate who aid The Spider on operations to run his criminal enterprise. They can be found helping Guardian forces during certain missions.

- In the Last Call mission, some of the associate's can be spotted on the second and third levels of the prison cells. They can be seen battling against some of the inmates and players are even able to kill a friendly associate with any weapon with the exclusion of swords.
