Caiatl's Emissaries are Cabal sent by Empress Caiatl to converse with and rally the remaining Red Legion. They are described to be a "vivid" "royal blue" and met several Cabal sending tribute. One such emissary met nine other Legionaires in a gathering for tributes in The Boil which later turned out to be the site of a Cryptolith and Wrathborn as observed by Osiris.

Scouting the Red

Shortly after the Black Fleet arrival, Caiatl sends her emissaries to scout for the remnants of the Red Legion.
