Prime Servitors are machine gods of the Fallen Houses. They are the ones, who produce the main Ether supply to their respective Houses, as well as making Servitors, to help extend the Ether supply. Kells are able to control their Houses' Primes and Servitors to produce how much Ether can be made, through the use of Elder Ciphers.

- Krelix Prime - the Prime Servitor of the Fallen House of Scorpions, modified with the most dangerous chemicals, the Scorpions make.

House of Dusk
- Rezziks Prime - primary Servitor for House Dusk, destroyed in the mission: "Nightfall".
- Serkuleks Perfected - rebuilt and SIVA-fied version of Serkuleks, the Fount.

Dragon's Breath
- Noviks Prime, the Warmachine - Prime Servitor of the Dragon's Breath Order, utilizes a massive Tank for defense.

House of Waves
- Neró Prime - A Prime Servitor used by the House of Waves

House of Lions
- Jobkis Prime - Missing, replaced by Andiks Prime.
- Andiks Prime, the Weapon Constructor - Jobkis Prime's Successor, created to produce the weapons, within the Lions' arsenal.

House of Sky
- Raniks Prime - Missing, Whereabouts are unknown, but are implied to be within the Kell's Arena.

House of Gray
- Raniks Reborn — Acting Prime Servitor to the House of Gray.

- Semkis Prime, Pretender to Andiks - Prime Servitor of The Fallen Jackal Syndicate. Created to mock House Lions' Prime, Andiks Prime.
- Dreksor Prime - A Prime Servitor, created by the Jackals to restore their leadership.

- Waspkis Prime - Prime Servitor of the Hibachi's Sting Syndicate

- Sevis Prevail - A Servitor that uses the same model as Sevis Prime, but highly integrated with Vex technology. Destroyed in the Prime Target strike.

- Zydriks Prime - Prime Servitor of the House of Ice, modified to corrupt the air around it on command.
- Kildon Prime - Prime Servitor of an unknown House, usurped by the House of Ice.

Blacklight Syndicate
- Unnamed Prime Servitor - A Massive Prime Servitor and main source of Ether for the Blacklight Syndicate. Presumed destroyed by Darumel.
- Kalkis Prime, Overseer - Prime Servitor from the assimilated House of Daggers, oversees the Syndicate's weapons production.
- Shasis Prime - Prime Servitor from the assimilated House of Hyenas. Destroyed long before the indoctrination of the House.
