The Corsairs are a unit of the Reef's Royal Armada.[1]
Overview
The Corsairs serve as long-range scouts and scavengers for the Armada, undertaking dangerous exploration expeditions and missions of vital strategic importance.[2] They are also tasked with capturing prospective inmates for the Prison of Elders.[3] All Corsairs are armed with a Vestian Dynasty as standard equipment[4], although certain Corsairs in the Dreaming City are also seen armed with more advanced Auto rifles. They use these to defend themselves against Taken enemies attacking their position.
