Astrocyte Verse is an exotic Warlock helmet introduced in Rise of Iron.[1] It was also brought back as a returning exotic to Destiny 2 in the Penumbra/Season of Opulence expansion in the summer of 2019. The intrinsic perk of this armor piece is specically tied to the Warlock jump "Blink". In Destiny 1, this armor piece granted a temporary increase to Recovery when Blinking. In Destiny 2, the perk was changed to allow the wearer to Blink significantly farther and more frequently, with the added bonus allowing the radar to stay active through the Blink teleport and have weapons ready faster coming out of a Blink.
