A Weapon of Hope

A Fateful Gift (Quest) is an Exotic Quest from Season of Opulence. By completing the quest, players will receive Lumina, an Exotic Hand cannon. Players can acquire the Quest by opening a chest that is located past the campsite that contains the item that starts the Thorn Quest in the Salt Mines in the EDZ.

Steps

1- Finding Rose:

After starting the quest you will get a global positioning device that will give you a hint to where a chest is that you need to open to advance the quest. The location of the chest that your positioning device gives a hint to changes every hour.

2- Bearer of Evils Past:

Generate 250 Orbs of Light. (After completing this Quest step, you will obtain Rose and 3 new Quest objectives)

3- Rose, Revealed:

This Quest step is made up of 3 objectives:

3a. Band Together: Complete a Nightfall with a score of at least 50,000.

3b. Face the Hordes: Complete 35 points worth of Blind Well, Lost Forges, and Escalation Protocol. Each activity rewards a separate amount of points.

3c. Defend the Light: Kill 100 enemies without reloading your weapon. (This does not meant you have to kill all of them with one magazine of ammo)
